About Our Self-Defence Classes
Our self-defence classes draw directly from traditional JKA Shotokan karate, the same syllabus taught across every Karate Pro class. Students learn to read a situation, create distance, and respond with controlled, effective technique, not flashy moves that fall apart under pressure. Sessions are led by our JKA-certified instructors and are suitable for complete beginners.
